| Follow-up / Results: | An updated Constitution / Bylaws document was reviewed and approved by the membership. This document hadn't been changed since it was written in 2011. An election of directors for 2024-25 was held. Nick Freisen and Burt Hodgins stepped down and were replaced by Mark Tuckey and Dave Podbury.
